Company being incorporated. Seqo is a venture whose operating company is currently being formed. Until registration with the trade and companies register takes effect, the company has no legal personality: the site is published by its founders, acting in the name and on behalf of the company in formation. Acts performed during that period will be taken over by the company on registration, under the conditions of article 1843 of the French Civil Code. The fields marked “pending” will be completed when the registration extract is issued, and the update date of this page will change accordingly.

This site presents the Seqo platform, published by a company being incorporated, for battery compliance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 concerning batteries and waste batteries. The regulatory information it contains is provided for general and operational information. It does not constitute legal advice and cannot replace reading the applicable texts or the counsel of a legal professional. Responsibility for the compliance of products placed on the market lies with the economic operator concerned.

All elements making up this site (structure, texts, trade marks, the Seqo name, logotype, illustrations, diagrams, videos, images and code) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of its founders, who will transfer ownership to the company on registration, or of its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or distribution, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any process and on any medium, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from its founders, subject to the exceptions provided by law, in particular short quotation with clear attribution and a link to the original page.

10. Commitments made during the formation period
The commercial information presented on this site (description of the platform and of the diagnostic) describes a service that is being launched. None of these pages constitutes a firm offer in the contractual sense. Any priced proposal is addressed by name, in writing, and states whether it is made on behalf of the company in formation or of the registered company. Until registration, a commitment entered into on behalf of the company in formation personally binds the signing founder, until it is taken over by the company.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or to the use of the site falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
